We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in Neonatal units. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will assess, monitor, and manage neonates, collaborating with colleagues for optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) or Neonatal settings. Assess neonates' health status, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and their families. Perform neonatal assessments, including developmental screenings and feeding evaluations, to ensure optimal growth and development. Educate parents on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and neonatal health issues for a smooth transition to home care.

Requirements

A current RN license is required. BLS certification is also necessary. Two years of recent Neonatal RN experience and strong communication and adaptability skills are highly valued.
