Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled End of Life Care Specialist to provide compassionate care for patients with terminal illnesses in Lafayette, Indiana.
About the RoleThis 13-week contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives and their families. As an End of Life Care Specialist, you will work collaboratively with healthcare providers to deliver personalized care, administer medications, manage pain, and provide emotional support during a challenging time.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent acute care experience in Hospice care and possess an active RN license. The benefits package includes private housing or a generous housing allowance, comprehensive health insurance, competitive salaries, and travel reimbursement, among others.
