Job Summary:
ArchCare is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity of our equipment and facilities.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train and develop maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's degree or trade school certification in a related field.
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
