Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

ArchCare is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities, including maintenance of equipment, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and ensure the cleanliness and safety of all machine rooms and equipment.
  • Orient and assist in the training of employees on all house and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Record pressure and maintenance data related to the operation of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and solve inter- and intradepartmental problems.
  • Maintain quality control and assure the effectiveness of our Quality Assurance Program.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or trade school with experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
