Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical care strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical managers and staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and implement best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
  • Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Washington
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider ACLS certification (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Operative or Leadership Nursing
  • Experience in perioperative services management
