Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Water Engineer to join our team at Wade Trim. As a key member of our Water Team, you will be responsible for providing technical planning, process design, and construction support on various water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical planning, process design, and construction support on water and wastewater treatment projects
Participate in positioning and prospecting activities with potential industrial clients
Prepare engineering calculations, run process models, and support analysis of alternatives
Utilize effective technical writing skills to prepare technical memoranda and design reports
Prepare specifications and permit submittals, and assist with scope, budget, and schedule of new project tasks
Monitor task budget and progress, and document design changes and communications
Conduct on-site inspections and start-up as needed, and prepare project status and other reports
Assist in the preparation of proposals, and attend client, public, project, and staff meetings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, with a Master's degree desired
Professional Engineer License, with a minimum of 15 years of experience
Experience working with large-scale piping, valve, pumping systems, and treatment technologies
Demonstrated knowledge of industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities, with experience developing detailed design plans for treatment projects
Expertise in more than one area of wastewater treatment liquid and solid processes, including biological and physical/chemical treatment
Experience working on water systems to serve facilities such as chemical, petrochemical, refinery, pulp & paper, food processing, etc.
Strong written and verbal skills, with experience in submitting technical manuscripts and delivering presentations at the state and national level
