We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our water team, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing projects for our clients.

Our senior engineers are committed to providing strong mentorship and opportunities for growth and development. You will work alongside our local team and support senior level engineers and project managers to perform a variety of tasks, including assisting on larger, complex projects, participating in and leading tasks, and preparing planning documents, reports, and calculations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field, a minimum of 4 years of water engineering experience, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field, Professional Engineer License in Indiana, and previous experience with a consulting firm serving municipal water clients are also desirable.
