Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring adherence to all brand standards
  • Training team members and managing service and support staff
  • Leading the operations team during scheduled shifts
  • Maintaining professional communication with all venue departments
  • Overseeing all aspects of Front of House operations
  • Building and sustaining effective relationships with Back of House teams to guarantee seamless service
  • Utilizing data and resources to analyze and report on venue performance
  • Managing in-house cash and check accountability in line with corporate policies
  • Implementing inventory and cost control measures weekly

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to a schedule that aligns with restaurant and bar operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills complemented by mathematical proficiency
  • Capability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, bend, and kneel as necessary
