Lifeline Connections is committed to providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing substance use and mental health conditions. As a Competency Restoration Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their goals and regain competence to stand trial.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and creativity to help implement and deliver treatment services that meet the complex needs of clients. You will work closely with system partners, including Forensic Housing and Recovery through Peer Services (FHARPS), to ensure comprehensive care.

A successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in counseling or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience working with adults suffering from co-occurring mental illness and chemical dependence. Familiarity with Washington State regulations related to mental health services and chemical dependency services is also essential.

The salary for this position is $19.41 - $20.44 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(K) plan with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 5%.
