Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality treatment programs to patients ranging in age from pediatric to geriatric, with a focus on preventing disability and restoring function to return patients to their maximum potential.

  • Evaluate patient's physical status, functional abilities, and age-specific needs to determine their current level of functioning, self-care, self-responsibility, independence, and quality of life.
  • Develop and implement a treatment plan that involves the patient, family, and social support systems, identifying interventions to reach reasonable goals and coordinate treatment options.
  • Provide written documentation, departmental and interdepartmental, that is legible, complete, and timely, as well as patient handouts that are effective and appropriate for patient understanding.
  • Maintain professional competency by attending continuing education applicable to the specific patient population treated and presenting in-services as needed.
  • Promote organizational mission statement and goals while adhering to professional practice standards and guidelines for conduct.
Basic Requirements:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited program in physical therapy.
  • Current Physical Therapist License (Washington) and Physical Therapist License (Oregon).
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support within 2 months of hire.
Salary Information:

This position is competitively paid, offering an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
