About the Role

At Amergis, we are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional speech and language therapy services to students in the school setting. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' communication skills and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy sessions to help students overcome communication barriers and achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and inform treatment decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Licensure: Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment required.
  • Certificate: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1+ year of experience providing speech therapy services in a school setting with pediatrics population.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) savings plan, and awards and recognition programs.
