We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Underwriting Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will play a critical role in supporting the underwriting process and ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial insurance business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a resource and serve as an integral member of the underwriting team, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of underwriting tasks.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and brokers to gather information and facilitate the underwriting process.
  • Utilize internal guidelines and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance in all aspects of underwriting support.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities to identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in our Alpharetta, GA location (post-COVID).
  • US Work Authorization required.
