Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and underwrite complex insurance risks, including assessing risk exposure and developing underwriting strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to develop and implement underwriting guidelines and standards
  • Analyze and evaluate new business opportunities, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of industry experience, with 10+ years in Excess and Surplus lines
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Specific experience in marketing and underwriting of Excess and Surplus lines products
  • Professional designation is preferred
