**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and mentor junior designers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • 6+ years of experience in packaging design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality packaging designs that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Experience with design management tools and software, such as Sketch or Figma.
