Position Summary: The part-time, on-call Transport Specialist will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport passengers and/or cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate company vehicles or personal cars to ensure timely and safe transportation of passengers and/or cargo.
  2. Maintain communication with RCS Management via phone or computer to receive transportation requests.
  3. Pick up passengers at designated locations.
  4. Adhere to RCS's Driving Policy (HSE-MS-1032 Driving Policy) and complete necessary HSE documentation, including:
    1. Vehicle Incident Report: Required for any accident involving a company vehicle, regardless of severity.
    2. Journey Management Plan: Outlines trip details such as destination, driver, passengers, weather conditions, hazards, and routes.
    3. Monthly Vehicle Safety Checklist: Ensures that vehicle components such as tires, lights, and safety equipment are functioning properly.
  5. Comply with safety regulations and state laws regarding vehicle operation, ensuring passengers also adhere to safety guidelines.
  6. Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  2. Relevant state licensing and certification are required.
  3. Demonstrated excellent driving skills.
  4. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Effective time management skills.
  6. Comprehensive understanding of traffic laws, road signs, and navigation routes.
  7. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to drive for extended periods.
  2. Capability to operate a vehicle during nighttime hours.
  3. Must be able to lift and transport luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
