Job Summary:

Steadfast Employment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including answering phone calls, directing visitors, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings, and take detailed minutes to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain a filing system, order office supplies, and research new deals and suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, including expense reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide general support to visitors, including answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant, with a strong background in administrative support.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Additional Requirements:
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Pre-Employment Requirements: Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements, including a physical, background check, and drug screen.
