Lead Our Organization as a Sales Representative

Bourdon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
