Job Opportunity

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Staten Island, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Associate to join our team. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our membership sales model, and contributing to the success of our spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet membership sales goals and commission targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients and members to educate them on our services and options
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of our menu of services and promote them effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
  • Work flexible hours, including part-time and full-time shifts, to meet the needs of our business
  • Uphold high standards of spa cleanliness and maintain a positive and professional work environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 18 years old or older
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
