Construction Superintendent (5+ years of experience; DSA expertise preferred)

Project Focus:
Commercial, Rehabilitation, DSA, Community Colleges, K-12, Residential

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of construction projects, including the coordination of subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with project timelines.
  • Employ software tools such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore for effective project documentation and management.
  • Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Interpret blueprints to effectively guide construction teams.
  • Manage contract administration and maintain project budgets.
  • Provide leadership in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, OSHA regulations, Prolog, ProCore, and project scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management and blueprint interpretation.
  • Excellent supervisory skills to effectively lead onsite construction teams.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience, with DSA experience preferred.
