We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of technology initiatives as part of our organization-wide digital transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a project management methodology, standards, and tools to drive the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure the project management office (PMO) meets performance targets to align with the organization's strategic objectives and adhere to best practices.
  • Manage risks and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
  • Implement effective governance processes for acceptance of projects based on sound business cases.
  • Provide senior leaders with information needed to assess which proposals have the highest potential value, impact, and strategic alignment.
  • Interface with senior leaders to define project priorities, user requirements, and implementation opportunities and challenges, and keep them up to date with project risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee project key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor performance against standards, and take timely corrective actions.
  • Review project schedule, quality, cost deliverables, and resource utilization.
  • Regularly monitor and report project performance and progress to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate documentation and administration across the PMO.
  • Lead, guide, and support direct reports by setting expectations, managing performance, and development.
  • Provide technical consultation on system development and integration, including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, user acceptance testing, user training, etc.
  • Ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly.
  • Manage the program budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business partnering with strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement acumen, vendor management skills, and delivery services.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing an outsourced IT infrastructure and application development operations.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with an extensive range of IT operating systems, including Microsoft Power Platform development, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Productivity software, and O365 applications.
  • Good understanding of SaaS applications, including Time attendance System, Online Form, Applicant Tracking System, and Human Resource Management System.
  • Ability to work independently and manage relationships in a matrix environment.
  • Proficient oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail.
