Key Responsibilities

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of patient medical records. Provide administrative support by processing signed and unsigned orders, 485's, and other essential documents, ensuring they are properly archived in the patient medical record.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing and clerical abilities.
  • Basic technology skills, including the use of mobile devices.

Preferred:

  • At least six months of experience in medical records within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • A valid state driver’s license is required.
  • Automobile liability insurance must be maintained as per legal requirements.
  • Dependable transportation in good working order is necessary.
  • Ability to drive safely in various weather conditions.
