Overview:
The Windsor Court is in search of a dedicated and service-oriented individual to become part of our team as a Beverage Service Specialist. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a memorable experience by maintaining a professional, friendly, and accommodating demeanor while addressing guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly take and fulfill guest beverage orders with accuracy.
  • Efficiently address and resolve any customer concerns.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the beverage offerings.
  • Assist with clearing tables as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness in the Polo Lounge and adjacent areas.
  • Accurately process cash and credit transactions.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory levels as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Ensure proper reporting of tips for tax purposes.
  • Proactively manage issues related to excessive alcohol consumption by guests.
  • Comply with state and federal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
