Job Summary

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Management, Enterprise Machine Learning Platform to lead our team in developing and delivering innovative machine learning solutions. As a key member of our Enterprise Model Platform organization, you will be responsible for driving a product agenda for an internal platform to deploy and serve machine learning models at scale, while ensuring platform stability and operational success.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned product management leader with a strong background in digital product management, enterprise platforms, and machine learning. You will be responsible for defining and executing a product strategy that aligns with our business goals, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, and driving innovation through experimentation and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* At least 7 years of experience in digital product management
* Strong background in enterprise platforms and machine learning
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
