About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Skills Trainer Supervisor to join our team at Trillium Family Services. As a key member of our Residential Treatment program, you will be responsible for providing supervision and trauma-informed care to clients in a milieu environment.

As a Skills Trainer Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to implement treatment programming and ensure the highest level of care for our clients. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of building brighter futures with children and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and trauma-informed care to clients in the Residential Treatment program
  • Implement treatment programming in a milieu environment as a member of an interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest level of care for clients
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
  • Document client progress and provide regular updates to the treatment team

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience working in a psychiatric/behavioral health treatment facility with children or adolescents
  • Basic computer knowledge for electronic record keeping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
