Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at AutoNation. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for inspecting every service repair order and/or parts invoice for proper completion and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile repair orders by transferring the appropriate information from each repair order hard copy to the soft copies.
  • Calculate materials charges and ensure accurate billing.
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
