About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Jim McKay Chevrolet. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Help customers purchase a vehicle
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective buyers
  • Respond promptly to sales leads and inquiries
  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Follow the sales process and deliver vehicles while ensuring customers understand the vehicle's operating features and warranty
  • Utilize CRM and other computer tools effectively
  • Be the vehicle expert
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards
  • Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
  • Manage a book of business and drive referral-based business
