We engage in all aspects of engineering solutions, from initial technology investments and concept development to proposal writing, requirements gathering, design, construction, integration, testing, and product demonstration.

The Product Review Engineer will be an integral part of a dynamic team involved in high-stakes development, production, and sustainment projects.

As a valued team member, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and coordinate engineering solutions with production operations, Integrated Product Teams, suppliers, and our customers.

This role will primarily focus on the manufacturing and production processes related to advanced aerospace models, including structures and composites, leading up to and including flight testing.

Moreover, there are opportunities to contribute to various other products within the organization.

This position will support the broader engineering community and associated fabrication centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize knowledge of engineering principles to identify and resolve product and process challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for design non-conformances.
  • Apply engineering methodologies to investigate technical, operational, and quality issues that require innovative solutions.
  • Document and analyze reported issues, communicating deviations that may affect design intent and safety; recommend and oversee resolutions.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to products and processes.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and engage in design reviews.
  • Represent the engineering discipline throughout the production and post-production phases.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards among suppliers and partners.
  • Draft customer communications for the ongoing safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Participate in on-site repair teams and investigations as needed.
  • Assess damage repair or structural modifications to ensure safety and prevent further issues.
  • Design temporary structural repairs and perform static strength evaluations.
  • Develop non-destructive testing procedures and standards.
  • Conduct basic static strength assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or engineering fields.

Preferred Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or engineering fields, particularly in aerospace or rotorcraft sectors.
