Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Your warm smile, attentive nature, and extensive knowledge of our menu will make our guests feel welcome and at ease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements with precision and efficiency
  • Upsell menu items and wine pairings to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional guest service and resolving conflicts
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
