Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Corner Table Restaurants. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Manage Reservations and Seating: Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and timely dining experience.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Offer exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the host area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, reflecting the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, remaining calm and composed under pressure to resolve guest issues.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Previous Hosting Experience: Possess previous hosting experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
