Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete assigned projects to effectively support the immediate Director, Executive, Medical Director, Patient Care, Operations, Staffing, and Healthcare teams.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home health provider, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes, as well as enhance the overall quality of services provided.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Executive Director must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of home health operations and regulatory requirements is also essential.
