About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Carpentery Specialist to join our team at Lead- Seattle. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications.
  2. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials according to project needs.
  3. Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames.
  4. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim.
  5. Inspect and repair damaged framework or structures.
  6. Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  7. Collaborate with other construction workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  9. Manage and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  10. Follow all local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Carpentery Specialist with:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Compensation and Benefits
