- Master's degree in social services or related field and active clinical license issued by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
- A minimum of four (4) years of clinical experience in mental health care and/or addiction services, with at least two (2) years in a psychiatric facility.
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a supervisory/management role.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification required within thirty (30) days of hire, with annual re-certification.
