Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables within the network, security, and cloud operations environment.
  • Coordinate project activities and develop project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure project success.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project performance to senior managers.
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to maintain visibility of all tasks and projects, and provide updates on network, security, and cloud operation policies, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Coordinate vendor management, procurement, installation, and maintenance of network, security, and cloud systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on policies, SOPs, and best practices, and provide status updates and project information as requested.
  • Manage change requests related to network, security, and cloud operations, assessing the impact of changes on the project and utilizing Change Control Boards (CCBs) to manage and control project-related changes.
  • Define and monitor project quality standards, conducting quality control checks and providing technical expertise and data to support customer decision-making on solution alternatives and other investments.
Requirements:
  • PMP certification.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance, business management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Knowledge and experience applying project management best practices.
  • Experience on NOC and/or SOC and infrastructure engineering contracts.
  • Experience on projects involving Agile and DevOps processes.
  • Understanding of and experience overseeing implementation of ITIL practices.
  • Experience leading medium to large-size project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree.
  • Scrum Master experience.
  • FinOps experience.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold a Secret-level clearance.
  • Eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
