Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, offering product knowledge, and helping to maximize sales.
- Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain merchandise to meet brand marketing guidelines and enhance product appeal.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and promptly, meet cash register systems requirements, and replenish merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the retail store front, stock room, and all employee areas.
- Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion apparel.
- Business Acumen: Experience in contributing to business goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in a team environment, preferably in retail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a team environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and computerized inventory systems.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to carry shoe boxes while climbing a ladder and/or stairs.
- Competitive Pay: $15.50 per hour.
