- Assist customers in finding the right products, measuring their feet, and fitting them with the correct shoes.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) computer systems for sales, returns, and charges.
- Gain product knowledge on all SAS items and demonstrate enthusiasm and belief in the product and company philosophy.
- Work effectively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some computer ability with POS systems and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Mature, responsible, and hardworking.
- Respectful and caring to co-workers.
- Passion, integrity, and energy to achieve greatness for SAS and the team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sometimes with help.
- Standing for long periods of time, frequent bending to tie and fit shoes, climbing, and moving.
- Close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer, visual inspection, and preparing and analyzing projects.
