Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Child Development Programmes to lead our early intervention services in Upstate New York. As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing programme operations, developing strategic plans, and leading a team of professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programme plans to achieve organisational goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and funders
  • SUPervise a team of professionals providing early childhood services
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also included.

Qualifications:

A doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, child development) and significant experience in programme management or a related field are required. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also necessary.
