CCSI is seeking a dedicated Outreach Caseworker to provide vital support services to our community partners and clients. This role is essential in promoting a safe and supportive environment for individuals affected by crime and violence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing connections with vulnerable youth, young adults, and their families.
  • Conducting outreach activities in high-risk neighborhoods.
  • Participating in community events to raise awareness and support.
  • Collaborating with various organizations focused on community engagement.
  • Attending daily debriefing sessions to discuss outreach efforts.
  • Facilitating mediations and working with community partners.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of programs aimed at supporting high-risk youth.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Training in solution-focused trauma-informed care, restorative practices, and conflict resolution is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful completion of all necessary background checks.
  • Availability to work some weekends for community events.
