Job Title: Global Patient Services Intake Coordinator

At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, we are committed to providing exceptional care to patients from around the world. As a Global Patient Services Intake Coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the intake process for international patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process new referrals from multiple sources, including self-pay, insurance, and embassy
  • Serve as a front-line ambassador to the International Patient Services Program and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia
  • Disseminate information to new referrals seeking treatment at CHOP
  • Follow the IPS process of intake, clinical review, financial clearance, and setting treatment plans with appointments
  • Work independently and as part of a team to evaluate and triage incoming referrals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • At least two (2) years of experience related to healthcare or services for children and families
  • Preferred International life experience and experience serving international clientele
