Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop positive behavioral support plans.
- Collaborate with school staff to implement evidence-based interventions and monitor student progress.
- Assess student instructional needs and develop individualized programming.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
- PA Behavior Specialist License required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
