Job Summary

CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services is seeking a skilled School-Based Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop positive behavioral support plans.
  • Collaborate with school staff to implement evidence-based interventions and monitor student progress.
  • Assess student instructional needs and develop individualized programming.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
  • PA Behavior Specialist License required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.

Benefits:

As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule and set your own rates. However, please note that this position does not offer benefits.
