As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and circumstances.

As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our clients, including:

  • Providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care

Requirements:

  • Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
  • Graduation from a qualified nursing program

Pay: $31 - $35 per hour
