Job Title: Psychiatrist

The Psychiatrist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric services to our clients. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring the most effective treatment options for our clients.
  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to other healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement clinical service delivery goals, aligning with our agency's overall mission and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from a regionally accredited medical school or through a foreign school with approval through the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
  • One year of experience post-residency, with a preference for experience in prescribing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
  • Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.
