Maxim Healthcare Services is a leading provider of home healthcare services, seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to join our team.

Our team of experienced nurses, therapists, and home health aides work together to provide comprehensive care, including skilled nursing, physical rehabilitation, companion care, respite care, and behavioral care.

As a Maxim Healthcare Services LPN/LVN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities.
We offer a range of shifts, including full-time, part-time, and PRN, to accommodate the unique needs of our caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with our team of nurses, therapists, and home health aides to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of employment
- 1+ year of experience in home healthcare or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
