About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Homebase. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support services to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported problems by effectively diagnosing and escalating issues as needed
  • Educate customers on the features, functionalities, and best practices of our payroll product
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convey customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest product enhancements
  • Ensure customers are getting the most value from our products and that they are on the right plan to best meet their needs
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and retention goals
