Role Overview

Your Contributions

  • Ensure adherence to quality protocols and customer specifications throughout all internal quality processes.
  • Generate comprehensive quality reports based on the results of quality assessments.
  • Identify and escalate quality concerns to team leaders and management as necessary.
  • Conduct packing audits in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the training department to address operational errors.
  • Prepare presentations for daily operational performance reviews.
  • Perform First Article Inspections for new product introductions.
  • Recognize areas for quality enhancement and support their implementation for sustainable solutions.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma is required; familiarity with quality standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001 is advantageous.
  • Prior experience as an auditor in logistics or manufacturing settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
