Fabricator/Cutting Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Cutting professional to join our team at Manpower Inc. in Palmetto, FL. As a Fabricator/Cutting specialist, you will be responsible for polishing all frames and other equipment as needed from the welding department, as well as supporting cutting materials for the welders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate cutting and fabrication.
  • Inspect work, troubleshoot, and recommend optimal cutting tools to ensure high-quality results.
  • Monitor parts to ensure they meet dimensional and drawing tolerances.
  • Take individual ownership for your work and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing experience with a focus on cutting and fabrication.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to hold prints to tolerance.
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude.

What We Offer:

  • $18.00 - $22.00 hourly DOE.
  • 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday.
  • Paid training.
  • Full-time hours with overtime.
