Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and web platforms, delivering prompt solutions to their inquiries.
  • Offer immediate support to address customer needs, including quotations, technical research, literature requests, manufacturer interactions, proposals, and order expediting.
  • Manage backorders and customer requirements to optimize fill rates and surpass customer expectations.
  • Provide technical insights and design solutions tailored to customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers to facilitate project solutions.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with manufacturing partners.
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, and product delivery as needed.
  • Capable of lifting up to 75lbs.
