Sales Consultant

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to lead our business development efforts and build strong relationships with our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Supervise and train team members on sales processes and systems
- Provide daily reporting on sales activity and team performance
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
