Job Summary

The Assistant Station Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multi-site transportation facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of transportation professionals to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective schedules and workflows to meet business needs and exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including vehicle maintenance and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in transportation or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English language.
