We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Driftwood Hospitality Management. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
- Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling guest inquiries.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
**Requirements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience preferred.
