Are you meticulous and experienced in the field of industrial electrical systems? We are seeking a proficient Electrical Estimation Specialist to contribute to our projects. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing proposal specifications, participating in project discussions, understanding electrical applications and regulations, preparing detailed estimates, and coordinating estimation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze proposal specifications, blueprints, and engage in discussions to ascertain the scope of work.
  • Understand industrial electrical applications and relevant codes.
  • Interpret electrical control diagrams and schematics.
  • Perform comprehensive take-offs of the project scope for accurate estimates.
  • Coordinate the estimation tasks assigned to you.
  • Review and validate estimates prepared by junior estimators.
  • Prepare and submit bids and proposals.
  • Compile detailed breakdowns of estimates and communicate information to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is required.
  • Experience in estimating is preferred.
  • Familiarity with estimating software is advantageous.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience in industrial electrical field installation is essential.
  • Detail-oriented with a background in industrial electrical work.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Journeyman electrician status with industrial experience is preferred.
